Our firm limits its practice in both size and scope to better serve our clients.

Scope
We only practice insurance law. Focusing our practice allows us to be familiar with the many adjusting practices of different insurance companies and the law firms representing them.

Size
Our firm is small for a reason—our clients receive personal attention from attorneys, not paralegals. We update clients on the status of their claims, no matter how large or small. By limiting the size of our firm, we can quickly push claims through negotiations.

Cost
In most insurance cases, our firm will take your claim “on contingency.” Contingency means that our fee is contingent on you receiving payment for your claim. Depending on the type of claim, we will work for a percentage of your insurance proceeds or an hourly rate. Either way, we discuss the fee arrangement with you before you hire us. We also will not accept an insurance offer without first communicating the offer to you and receiving your permission to do so.
